Purple Mojave Turquoise is a composite stone made from Kingman Turquoise scraps from the bead making process, that has been dyed, mixed with bronze and resin, compressed into blocks that are then sliced into slabs to make cabochons for jewelry making. It is a great use of resources that do not go to waste. And it makes a beautiful stone for jewelry making! The stones are set in sterling silver and the ear wires are sterling silver. The earrings measure 1 1/2” long.
