PRICING-Recent significant increases in the cost of sterling silver in the last months have hit all of us in the jewelry making business pretty hard. I am trying to maintain prices as much as I can and still survive.

SHIPPING- Free Shipping USPS First Class (in the contiguous United States). If you are outside of this, please email me at tammy@splendentstonesshop.com and I will get figure out the shipping charge. Orders will be shipped First Class/Priority mail with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as item is shipped.

RETURNS- If you change your mind about an order or are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days after receipt to return for store credit. Sale items are not returnable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition for credit. Please ship back with a tracking number and a copy of your receipt. Splendent Stones is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
