This ring has Kingman Turquoise and Purple Mojave Turquoise stones in the ring. You have some “give” with this ring due to the fact that it is open in front. Purple Mojave turquoise is made from the scraps of Kingman turquoise left after making beads. They reprocess by dyeing it, compressing it in resin with bronze or copper, then cut in to blocks; from that cut into cabochons for jewelry. Great use of resources and makes for an interesting stone to work with.
