This is the largest of the “female figure” pendants that I have made. The “body” is a large piece of Burro Jasper from Burro Creek Canyon in western Arizona, the “head” is an oval of Blue Chalcedony. The lovely lilacs and purples of the stones make for a unique pendant. The piece is made with Sterling Silver and Fine Silver. It measures 2” long and is about 1” wide. It is hung on an 18” 1.9mm Sterling silver Snake Chain.

Considered a sacred stone by the Native American Indians, chalcedony nurtures and promotes brotherhood and good will. Chalcedony is said to alleviate hostility, irritability and melancholy. It can be found in many different colors.
